Capacity Building & Knowledge Sharing

Empowering Farmers Through Knowledge

AIFIP equips insect farmers with the access to technical, business, and operational skills and knowledge needed to grow sustainable enterprises. We work with expert trainers across the industry, research institutions, and practitioners to make high-quality learning accessible to all members.

What we do

Our goal is simple: build confident, capable, and connected farmers ready to lead Africa’s circular bio-economy.

  • Design tiered training programs for beginners, intermediate, and commercial producers.
  • Offer hands-on workshops, online learning, and peer exchange visits through experts from across the industry.
  • Provide easy access to learning materials such as SOPs, fact sheets, and best-practice guides through a digital Learning Library with up-to-date knowledge, insights and case studies.
  • Facilitate peer learning through study groups, benchmarking tours, and online knowledge cafés.
